Consistently tried to reload Tims card but doesnt work! Starbucks app easier to use

Worst App terrible difficult to use

This app is probably the most frustrating app Ive ever encountered. I added my card but it doesnt show up. I try to add again and it says its already there! What nonsense. Their FAQ button leads to the Tim Hortons website. Feels like the app developer was very lazy. The design is 5 years old, follows none of apples current design standards. With all the money tim hortons makes, youd think they could invest in a functioning app in todays digital world.

App takes too much time to setup. Linking cards, adding credit cards to buy digital cards online to transfer to your app, no PayPal option, having to add a card from the store then having to use the credit card you already added to the account to reload the card. Holy Cow, Guys, look at the Starbucks app and do something intuitive and easy to use. This app is designed by a software developer who obviously has no customer experience or Tim Hortons Corporate had "meetings" to develop it. If it takes more that 4 min to get the App up and running then your doing something wrong. All we want to do is buy a coffee and a doughnut, how long should that take ?

Compared to the Starbucks app, Tim Hortons should be ashamed.

I wish I could give this app a zero star rating. No iPhone 6 support whatsoever. Whats the point? Starbucks anyone?

Trying to set up an account from This app is totally frustrating. Starbucks was easy. Ill just use cash when going to Timmys. Gave up!

This is one of the worst apps Ive ever used. The account registration process asked me for a bunch of unnecessary personal information I didnt want to share. Then, trying to set the password - I went to use 1Password to generate and remember a unique app password, and the Tim Hortons app wouldnt let me paste the password information so I had to type the password manually. Worse still, the arbitrary password rules didnt work with the 1Password password. Sorry Tim Hortons engineers, but I think 1Password knows more about password security than you. What else? The app looks like a relic from the pre-iOS 7 era, and none of the UI updates seamlessly for phones released in the last couple of years. Maybe Tim Hortons should have invested the money they put into their new stickers app into this app instead. Dont waste your time.

Ive tried 4 different passwords to enter for an account...none work and all fit the requirements... Starbucks app/website by FAR beats Tims... Seeing the other reviews its pretty clear RBI is lacking in their ITS department :/ I guess...back to Starbucks...since I cant even load $$ onto my Tims Card at my convenience...

Thought this would be a useful app. I gave up trying to sign up, it shouldnt take that long.

Spent far too long just trying to get a user name and password accepted to create an account. If its this hard to get started I can only imagine how crappy the rest of the app is!

Love the fact the Tim Hortons has an app which allows you to pay. I think if it had a rewards program like its competing companies, it would do even better!!!

Needs to work with iPhone 6 and also it would be nice if the timmy run part would work

Wont reload with MasterCard or Visa. Why even offer the option?

Cant add any money. Terrible app.

Every time I try to enter my new password to reset it I keep getting a session timed out error.

It works perfectly I use it all the time.

From downloading to deleting this app only 1 hour. No luck adding my Mastercard first. Then I added a visa card, created million stupid passwords and then I was not able to charge it to reload my TH card. It continuously asks dor a password and never charges a card. Its endless. Dump this garbage and never use it if you appreciate your time.
