Cannot set a password at all

Ive tried 4 different passwords to enter for an account...none work and all fit the requirements...

Starbucks app/website by FAR beats Tims...

Seeing the other reviews its pretty clear RBI is lacking in their ITS department :/

I guess...back to Starbucks...since I cant even load $$ onto my Tims Card at my convenience...
