Love the fact the Tim Hortons has an app which allows you to pay. I think if it had a rewards program like its competing companies, it would do even better!!!
Just want to say that I added my Tim card and made sure it is auto reloaded. I also added it to my Passbook/Wallet on my iPhone 6plus so not sure what the issue is with other people not being able to add it. Give it another try! Love my Timmies!
I already love Tim Hortons cofee that I dont find any word to describe it! I believe that app will have been improving for age Y. Thx for supporter!
This is app. is very convenient. As I reflect on the past, we had to pay with cash for coffee. This is not only more aseptic (cleaner), its convenient due to the codependency that most of us have developed in regards toour portable/cellular/wifi/data devices. I cant think of anything to complain about...oops there is---lower the cost of black coffee. We all know How’s it going? much coffee costs before it is brewed:-)
Some bad moments
Consistently tried to reload Tims card but doesnt work! Starbucks app easier to use
This app is probably the most frustrating app Ive ever encountered. I added my card but it doesnt show up. I try to add again and it says its already there! What nonsense. Their FAQ button leads to the Tim Hortons website. Feels like the app developer was very lazy. The design is 5 years old, follows none of apples current design standards. With all the money tim hortons makes, youd think they could invest in a functioning app in todays digital world.
App takes too much time to setup.
Linking cards, adding credit cards to buy digital cards online to transfer to your app, no PayPal option, having to add a card from the store then having to use the credit card you already added to the account to reload the card.
Holy Cow, Guys, look at the Starbucks app and do something intuitive and easy to use.
This app is designed by a software developer who obviously has no customer experience or Tim Hortons Corporate had "meetings" to develop it.
If it takes more that 4 min to get the App up and running then your doing something wrong.
All we want to do is buy a coffee and a doughnut, how long should that take ?
Compared to the Starbucks app, Tim Hortons should be ashamed.
I wish I could give this app a zero star rating.
No iPhone 6 support whatsoever. Whats the point?
