Timmy is falling behind Starbucks and McD with their app.

Horrible app!! Wont let me add my Tims card to my passbook! Overall it just sucks

One of the worst apps Ive ever come across. Times out after about 10 seconds when attempting to change passwords, states operation failed due to invalid login name even though its right in front of me signed in on my laptop. Million dollar company with an app worth less than a penny.

After 10 min in configuring.. I give up My bank account is more easy access

Does Tims really need my address ,dob,phone number etc just so I can buy a coffee?All I want to do is get rid of all the cards in my wallet. I gave up and deleted the app.

It seems I cant use the app until Ive put in my address, phone number, birthday... Deleted.

This is not an app, it is a privacy grab. It doesnt want to actually help you do anything, it wants as much information as possible to add you to its marketing database. There is no rational reason it needs THAT much information about me in order to operate. It needs a username and password. Thats it. Furthermore, they need to see the XKCD comic about password generation. Adding a bunch of stupid rules that actually DEcrease the security of the password just means this app has failed to serve any useful purpose at all. Maybe when they dont fail so hard, Ill reconsider. As it is, Ill just toss those Christmas Timcards in the glove box of my car where theyll probably never be spent. Thanks, jerks.

I already love Tim Hortons cofee that I dont find any word to describe it! I believe that app will have been improving for age Y. Thx for supporter!

This is app. is very convenient. As I reflect on the past, we had to pay with cash for coffee. This is not only more aseptic (cleaner), its convenient due to the codependency that most of us have developed in regards toour portable/cellular/wifi/data devices. I cant think of anything to complain about...oops there is---lower the cost of black coffee. We all know How’s it going? much coffee costs before it is brewed:-)

App wont even load...just sits there and does nothing! DELETED!

App asks for way too much personal information that is none of their business. I just wanted to add gift cards and pay, not give them address, birthday, email, etc. Deleted...

Is this a payment app? An ordering app? A nutrition app? All I know is if Im confused I am not using it.

Works well anywhere in US along with Canada love it

If I just wanted to find locations or stare at the menu items, Id be giving this app 5 stars. The biggest feature they need to add is to change the order notepad. Show us food and drink, let us tap them and enter a quantity. Otherwise, notepad is just typing. Even better, let us send the order to the local store and have them confirm that they got the order. There are many possibilities for enhancement.

I installed the app on my phone, bought a card and created an account, then I learned that I can not use the app to pay for my purchases like I can with the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts apps. I still have to use the physical card, cash or CC. There are other nice features on the app but I dont need this app to find a store or take notes. I would recommend anyone who wants an app like this to wait until Tim Hortons arives into the mondern age of smart phones use and purchase abilities.

Only locates nearest Tim Hortons and gives nutrition info. The App is mostly useless as it does not give the MENU, prices and also the ORDER NOTEPAD is useless. It should be Menu based in which one just clicks to order and have the order ready on the iPhone to present to the server. This App is USELESS until you add these functions. Most Map Apps will locate a Tim Hortons so I dont need this App just to locate a place (or at best need it if visiting a new city). Placing an order and having it ready while waiting in line to be served will be a real function that will save time and mistakes!! Please add this function! Thanks
