Great app, easy to navigate and use for mobile payment.

So far it wont accept my username/password and it says my brand new Tim card which I know has $ on it is not valid. Hopefully I can get it to work soon or Ill go back to doing it without an app.

I have 2 gift cards, it wont accept either as being valid. The app doesnt work if I cant get my gift cards on here, please fix this.

I added this app so that I could add my gift cards to my phone. No dice. It shows me what my balance is, but when I go to register the card, it says its invalid. Very frustrating. Makes it useless. Hope they get fixed soon.

After all information was input it said some information was missing. Double checked. All was good.

Disappointment. After entering all my info the app kept saying my password didnt meet the requirements which it did. Too bad. Good idea, bad app.

This app requires such a ridiculously complicated password that I can never remember it when I go to buy a cup of coffee. Getting it reset never seems to work either. Im deleting it and just using the Tim Hortons card until Im finished with Tim Hortons.

Try to use this application at four different stores didnt work!! Please fix ASAP

The worst app ever

Awful, this app doesnt even work. I tried registering several times and it have me error codes. Dont bother downloading

Terrible app. Listed 2 locations as being open 24 hours, when they werent. Listed one location with an address that doesnt exist. Listed another location, but when I got there, it was clearly not, nor had it ever been a Tim Horton.

The most useful part of this app IMHO is the electronic payment feature. Why bother using this app if the Tim Horton locations in Manhattan arent equipped or trained to handle them? Dont use this in NYC.

While the location feature works well, what I dont understand is why each locations open hours arent listed for those places that are not 24 hrs. Why cant this information be shared? It appears to be the same on the website as well.

I wish it was easier to use and if you bought card in Canada you could load it in the app when you are in the US

Wish I could reload my account with PayPal! Dont like giving out my info so I end up buying a gift card to load. Other then that, great app! Use it all the time!

I use it everyday. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that when used with passport it doesnt automatically update. You need to manually update. Other than that its perfect.

Its really convenient, especially when you receive more the one card. It would have gotten five stars if the employees knew how to use it. Three different Tim Hortons and everyone looks so puzzled when they see the app, now find myself training the employees on how to use it! I belong on the payroll!

The app is useless because their stores are not prepared or trained on how to use it. They looked at me and said weve never seen this before and have no way to scan it. Train your employees before rolling out an app!

Cant get passbook to work with it and it needs Touch ID

Tried to get started with the app, ended up having to generate a ridiculous password, activate my account via email, then do it all over again for the "TimmyRun" feature within the "TimmyMe" app! Why are these not all the same thing, instead of having two registration flows?! No thanks, not worth spending a twenty minutes getting set up.
