Love this app

Why are some apps continuing to not use Apple Pay? Millions of us with Apple Pay capability are not going to take several minutes on tedious setup. Just implement Apple Pay and generate much more revenue with one touch!

Too bad they didnt roll out the scanners before this app - same with email freebies - no way to scan and no code provided - dont send me your latest and greatest if I cant redeem - heck of a way to run a railroad...

I use my Starbucks APP all the time. This one has too difficult passwords, imagine you are in line at drive through and cant remember password. I dont know how to add money to it. Looks like you need a Timcard to do that. Plus is sounds like they dont have scanners. I deleted it. Starbucks is the App they should copy it works and you get rewards that I dont see for this. DELETED

The App does not flow and is not easy to use. When you need an option like add to cart it goes away when scroll up and down. The Tim card is useless if you cant add money. Just allow to add own credit or debt card and loss the Tim card. Love Tim hortons but not the app

If I could give zero stars I would. Awful app! Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks have the best coffee apps, dont waste your time with TH app because it is a HUGE waste of time.....it will take you FOREVER to set up your account, and doesnt allow to reload through the app. Very complicated login and pssword requirements. Just awful, sorry have nothing positive to comment.

Its an app on a smartphone. Not even Starbucks requires the level of difficulty on passwords that the dumba$$es at TH do on their App. Its on a SMARTPHONE. Ill be willing to bet they have a HUGE number of password reset requests. Im all for security but this is beyond what the gov even requires. Should be difficult to guess, not remember.

I thought maybe the other negative reviews were just unusual cases, but theyre not. My app will not even allow me to login to my account. I never had this issue on my Windows Phone app.

Theres a locator which gives details about each location...but none of them list the actual operating hours!!! So when youre on the road & try to use your handy tim hortons app --because youre unfamiliar with the area & need some coffee while driving-- you have no idea if it will be open or not unless you call while driving or actually go to each location. Which, in our case last night, we did...with 3 hungry kids, only to find out they were closed. Deleted app from my phone because that minor detail kind of defeats the purpose of being able to "find my timmys" oh so easily by using a "convenient" app. Renders it pointless.

My card would not reload with this app. A waste of time and memory. Extremely frustrated. Hey, at least it has made me frustrated enough to never want to shop at Tim Hortons again.

This app is terrible. Only works 10% of the time. When you try to log in it gives you an error message. You cant load more money on the card and the app doesnt refresh your balance in your passbook/wallet.

Im giving it 1 star keeps loading & loading Time to start drinking Starbucks @ least there app works.

I guess I cannot give this negative stars . Would give it -50. This app is terrible. It will not open and keeps showing an error message. I originally downloaded it for "emergencies" when I was short in funds. That day came today and I could not use it. I wonder what happens to the money I loaded onto it??????? Tim Hortons PLEASE FIX IR GET RUD IF THIS!! And for the rest dont download or put any money on this till it is fixed!

Trying to register within the app offers all kinds of difficulty. Tim Hortons requires a very specific format to creating your password, I ended up using the website to register. Thinking my troubles were gone I quickly realized that the app itself is broken. Out of the many times I tried to log in over the course of 20 minutes, only once did it connect. It didnt really matter anyway since when I attempted to add a timcard, the app promptly froze and remained that way until it was forcefully quit. Long story short, until the bugs are worked out youd be better off holding onto your plastic timcard than wasting your time with trying to use the app.

This app may work ok, but since the new corporate leadership decided to come through Central New York and close all the shops in May area there just doesnt seem much reason to keep it. Burger King who now runs Tim Horton came through here and shut down everything. Within 2 days the shops were closed,cleaned out, and all the exterior signs down. That shows a lot of planning what angers me is they havent bothered to update the locations for my area, making it very hard to find out if there is ANY place I can use the $50.00 balance I have in Tim Cards. I have sent several emails to them, and received 1 response that really amounted to nothing. Dont trust the new Tim Hortons and think carefully before you buy a Tim Card. There was no warning when they shut things down here, nicely just before the holidays. Thanks for all the help Tim Hortons. I will never trust you again. I also will not be stopping at any Burger Kings. I expect to have to contact the NYS Attorney Generals off over this.

I am now in Toronto. Purchased a card, and I cannot add the card to my iPhone because it is an invalid card. I can however check the balance using the App. So the invalid card has to physically be used as it cannot be entered into my smart phone. The only thing this App is good for, is to give the nearest store location. This App is being deleted, as it is trash and belongs in the bin.

Apple Pay doesnt work anymore. I can even add a Tims card to my passbook. Fix this please!

The app is well designed but I cannot add my card to Apple Wallet, as I get this every time. Please fix!
